Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle - Principal Management
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex project work across the health system, including
technical analyses and facilitation of multi-disciplinary
groups
Apply various improvement methodologies to support individuals and
teams through improvement initiatives
Develop and teach continuous improvement training and collaborate
with team members to meet educational needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in industrial engineering,
nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, or
related fields
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience required
Equivalent industry training and experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple assignments with conflicting priorities
and deadlines
Strong knowledge of data gathering techniques and process
improvement tools
