A company is looking for an Arbitration Manager - State IDR.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple teams to achieve business objectives
Implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or higher education preferred, not required
3 or more years in Revenue Cycle Management or relevant work
experience
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
In-depth knowledge of Independent Resolution Dispute (IDR) process
preferred
Knowledge of No Surprise Bill Act (NSA) preferred
