Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies for user
onboarding and retention

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product
improvements and user-centric solutions
Required Qualifications
3+ years in audience development, CRM, or community growth within a
multi-sided marketplace
7+ years in UX research or usability testing with a proven impact
on product development
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Google Analytics, and User
Interviews
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and user behaviors
Demonstrated ability to translate UX research into actionable
strategies
