#hpsdhhExecutive DirectorPOSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for leading the administrative, operational, clinical, financial and regulatory functions of the agency.RESPONSIBILITES:Provide leadership, coordination, and supervision to all agency team members to assure quality delivery of patient care, promote positive patient outcomes and decision supportProvide planning, directing and evaluating operationsAssure orientation of all staff in-services and education programsDevelop and implement the agency's budget and financial and statistical reports to meet company fiscal parametersEnsure compliance with all applicable state, Medicare, Medi-Cal, federal and local regulationsProvides for employment, supervision, evaluation and termination of qualified personnelQUALIFICATIONS:Three years of home health and/or supervisory/administrative experienceValid driver's license and automobile insuranceStrong written and verbal communication and organizational skills necessaryRN license preferredBENEFITS (available to full-time employees):Excellent pay, including 23 days PTO per yearHealth, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityContinuing education & tuition assistanceGenerous referral bonus programFlexible schedulingABOUT US:Our unique focus is on patient-centered care and evidenced-based medicine.
