In this role, you will lead diverse electrical engineering projects and mentor the next generation of technical talent. Why join us? Design systems that power rockets, satellites & green tech Collaborate with elite engineers across industries Own projects with real-world impact from day one Job Details Lead the design and integration of electrical systems across complex projects Mentor and develop junior engineers, spending ~30–50% of your time guiding their growth Own projects from concept to production, aligning teams toward technical excellence Collaborate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to align on vision Participate in business development by providing early technical input and scoping support What You Bring: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar 3 years designing custom electronic systems (mixed-signal, digital, power) Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills Eligibility to work on export-controlled projects (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, etc.) Bonus (NOT REQUIRED) if You Have: Master’s degree or graduate-level R&D experience Background in consulting, startups, or fast-paced technical teams Expertise designing for aerospace, medical, or automotive environments Interested in hearing more?
