Requirements: As the Head Coach, you will lead and coordinate soccer training programs, mentor assistant coaches, and ensure that every players development aligns with LASSOs mission and values. This role is perfect for a leader with a passion for youth sports, a commitment to excellence, and the need for a flexible work schedule that fits around other commitments. Lead the execution of age-specific soccer training programs. What You'll Do: Ensure coaching sessions adhere to LASSOs delivery and awards system. Mentor and guide assistant coaches, ensuring consistent coaching standards. Monitor player progress using "Playermaker" technology and provide personalized feedback. Coordinate weekly training sessions, summer camps, and competitive matches. Uphold health and player safety standards. Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all participants. What Were Looking For: Minimum of a USSF "D" License with head coach experience, or a USSF "C" License (or equivalent). At least 3 years of experience in youth soccer coaching. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Commitment to participating in company training sessions. Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation Must be available to work on a Sunday Benefits What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate ($35-$65 per hour) with performance-based commission opportunities.
