dispatch background will not be considered. Greater San Diego Air
Conditioning Company Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Dispatcher
to manage daily scheduling and dispatch operations in a fast-paced
commercial HVAC environment. This role requires strong HVAC
industry knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and
confidence in managing high call volume and technician
coordination. Compensation: $25 - $29 hourly Responsibilities:
Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently based on job priority,
location, and technician skill set Schedule, confirm, and follow up
on HVAC service calls Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
Accurately enter, update, and track service calls in the CRM system
Communicate clearly with technicians, service managers, and
customers throughout the day Adjust schedules in real time to
accommodate emergencies and changes Maintain accurate records and
detailed job notes Qualifications: Required Qualifications Minimum
5 years of HVAC dispatch experience (required) Proven experience
dispatching HVAC technicians (commercial and/or residential) Strong
working knowledge of HVAC service workflows and terminology
Proficiency with CRM and dispatch software Ability to handle
multiple phone lines and high call volume Excellent organizational,
communication, and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail
