My client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager
in Los Angeles with a strong background in building and
construction of DSA-regulated projects. This role offers up to
$170K plus benefits, including car allowance, healthcare, 401(k),
and PTO. Client Details My client, a well-established general
contractor specializing in K-12 and public works projects, is
actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to
join their team in Los Angeles . This is a fantastic opportunity to
play a key role in delivering high-impact educational facilities
across Southern California. Description Oversee the full lifecycle
of ground-up and modernization construction projects, primarily
within the K-12/public sector Coordinate with architects,
engineers, and school district representatives to ensure project
alignment with DSA standards Manage budgets, schedules,
subcontractors, and change orders Ensure site safety, quality
control, and compliance with all regulatory requirements Lead
project meetings and maintain clear communication with all
stakeholders Profile 5 years of experience as a Construction
Project Manager with a general contractor Proven track record
delivering DSA (Division of the State Architect) projects -
must-have Strong knowledge of public contracting requirements and
procedures Proficiency with construction software (Procore,
Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) Excellent communication,
problem-solving, and leadership skills Job Offer Competitive base
