Job Description:
A company is looking for a WC Insurance Reporting
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Refine and manage end-to-end reporting processes for all Workers'
Compensation (WC) regulatory reports
Track, triage, and resolve all WC data requests and errors;
identify and address root causes with internal and external
partners
Research WC reporting compliance requirements and communicate them
to cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of Workers' Compensation Reporting experience (WCPOLs,
WCStat, etc.)
Experience with WCIO (Workers' Compensation Insurance
Organizations) file formats is a plus
Knowledge of Excel, SQL coding, and Tableau or equivalent
required
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and
deadlines
