Job Description:
Our internationally operating, publicly held company is seeking
an International Tax Manager to join their tax accounting function
to lead and manage the international tax functions of the
organization. The International Tax Manager position will be report
to the VP of Tax and will be responsible for, but not limited to,
the following: Spearhead the development and responsibilities of
all international tax matters to ensure proper filing and
compliance Serve as the organization’s internal subject matter on a
variety of international tax issues including, but not limited, to:
Transfer Pricing, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, etc. Lead the processing of
the quarterly and annual tax provision and related analysis for all
foreign subsidiaries Manage other international tax workflows, such
as Earnings & Profits studies, MDR and FBAR reporting Guide and
implement corporate tax process improvements and best practices
Identify and implement tax savings strategies and risk minimizing
opportunities Partner with members of the worldwide accounting team
and other departments on tax related matters The qualified Tax
Manager will possess the following: Bachelor’s Degree in
Accounting, Finance, or business related field CPA highly
preferred; Master’s degree in Taxation preferred At least 6 years
of relevant international tax experience whether through Big 4
experience or working at a multi-national, publicly traded company
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong Excel
skills required – ability to easily navigate complex
spreadsheets/workpapers/formulas required Experience with OneSource
(provision) and/or Checkpoint (research) preferred Strong tax
matter research experience and implementation Excellent
organizational and analytical skills For additional details,
