Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Operations Lead to support
internal and external data filings related to reimbursement and
cost reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit various internal and external data filings and
reports
Collaborate with internal staff and external consultants to gather
and evaluate data for Medicare and state cost reports
Engage in process improvement projects and support federal and
state audit requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare
Administration, or Mathematics
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in accounting,
financial analysis, or a similar role
Experience in healthcare reimbursement/cost reports or fiscal
intermediary role is preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge, including the ability to work
with large data files
Interest in government healthcare payment policy and process
improvement
